Hello friends,

 

I am happy to know that so many of you are enjoying my Pilates workouts.  Current favorites seem to be my new Pilates Core Challenge, Cardio Pilates and both of my Pilates for Weight Loss DVDs, (Quick Start and Maintenance).  Please continue to workout with me and share your successes, along the way.

 

This fall I am to shoot again.  (I love my job!)  I am fortunate enough to film in breathtaking locations such as Arizona, (last year), and Colorado, (this fall).  All to bring you the freshest, most beautiful Pilates programming on the market.

 

I am about to shoot 3 new DVDS, for your workout pleasure.  Stay tuned for their releases in early 2008.
