This new workout employs the Living Arts Pilates Body Band, a latex exercise band to increase the intensity of your Pilates work out.  The band is used to simulate the resistance offered by the springs on the reformer, (the most commonly used Pilates apparatus).  This Pilates Body Band work out will challenge your “Powerhouse”, (abdominals, buttocks and lower back), while providing support and added tension.  Movements are derived from the mat work as well as the reformer work.  This is a great work out for travelers.  Pack your Pilates Body Band and go!
