Happy New Year friends,

Another year had flown by and I have been busy designing my new and improved website.  I am happy to say that this site will be more interactive than before, (and constantly evolving).  You can look forward to Forums, Chat sessions with me and more.  (Join my e-newsletter mailing list to stay up to date with what’s going on).

As much as I would love to meet all of you someday I am so grateful for all of you who continue to practice Pilates with me in your homes.  Most of all I enjoy reading your emails and hearing your success stories.  You never cease to amaze me!
